You will work on planning permissions, strategic applications, appeals and environmental issues for developers, investors, landowners, and organisations, with ongoing client-facing responsibility and career development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years PQE as a Planning Solicitor.
• Experience in a recognised Planning team within a well-regarded law firm.

Responsibilities

• Advise on planning permissions for complex residential and commercial developments and infrastructure projects.
• Advise developers and investors on strategic planning applications, appeals and environmental issues.
• Work closely with clients from the outset to support planning strategies and outcomes.
