Responsibilities

• Advise on planning, highways and associated law across the development lifecycle.
• Draft and negotiate Section 106 agreements and highways agreements.
• Advise on planning and highways aspects of property and corporate transactions, including due diligence.
• Cover content­ious planning matters including planning inquiries and hearings.
