J Murphy & Sons seeks a Planning and Project Controls Manager to lead the planning team from our Kentish Town base, with travel to project sites across the UK. You will work on energy transmission and distribution projects in multi-country contexts, contributing to programme integrity and delivery.

The role requires implementing planning and project controls procedures, line/functional management of planners (including external resources), and alignment with client requirements to deliver

Competenze

• Experience leading a planning team on complex projects.
• Strong ability to manage stakeholders and client-facing planning.
• Proven track record in contract and tender planning within a Tier 1 contractor.

Mansioni

• Manage the planning team on a day-to-day basis.
• Drive implementation and use of planning and project controls procedures and processes.
• Line and/or functional management of planners, including external resources.
• Develop capability across the team to deliver high quality outputs.
• Maintain integrated, whole life programmes and reporting to clients.
• Ensure alignment with work winning governance and tender planning.
