Chadwick Nott is recruiting a senior planning lawyer to join a nationally respected planning practice in Bristol. The role focuses on winning top-quality work, managing client relationships, and identifying business opportunities within complex residential, commercial, infrastructure and environmental mandates.

The team handles development consent orders, compulsory acquisitions, environmental statements and strategic planning advice, with opportunities to work on contentious matters such as

• Extensive experience in planning law and development control.

• Handle complex mandates in residential, commercial, infrastructure and environmental sectors.
• Involve with environmental statements, project management and strategic planning advice.
• Engage in contentious work including Judicial Review and Lands Chamber proceedings.
• Train on large-scale development consent orders and compulsory acquisitions.
• Support the national real estate practice and cross-office collaboration.

A nationally respected Planning practice is looking to bolster its team by recruiting a senior planning lawyer to join their highly ranked planning team . You must be capable of winning and developing top quality work, managing and extending client relationships and identifying business opportunities. The team handles a range of complex mandates in the residential, commercial and infrastructure and environmental and waste sectors, as well as contentious work in Judicial Review and Lands Chamber proceedings. You’ll be trained on large scale development consent orders, compulsory acquisition and strategic planning advice, reviewing environmental statements, assisting with project management and supporting our national real estate practice.
