Job summary

A leading construction contractor in Leeds is seeking a Planner or Senior Planner to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of construction projects and to develop and manage detailed planning programmes. The ideal candidate will have experience in planning for a UK main contractor and be proficient in Asta Powerproject. A competitive salary of £65-85,000 per annum, along with additional benefits, is on offer for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience working for a UK main contractor in a planning role.
• Proficient user of Asta Powerproject.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and sequencing.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed tender and contract programmes.
• Provide planning input during bid stages.
• Manage and update live project programmes.
• Ensure programmes are realistic and aligned with delivery strategy.
• Support project teams with programme risk and change management.
