Job summary

Rullion Ltd invites applications for a 12-month project planning role based in Whitehaven with hybrid working. The successful candidate will manage full lifecycle P50 schedules in Primavera P6, align delivery targets with project objectives, and support forecasting, risk and change management across nuclear sector projects.

Essentially, you will produce robust EVM analytics, maintain baseline plans, and collaborate with Project Managers and the Client.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a project planning role in engineering/construction or nuclear sectors.
• Experience on nuclear site projects.
• Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6 and planning methodologies.
• Proficient in creating detailed costed & resourced schedules, progress updates, and performance analytics.
• Experience with Fixed Price and/or Target Cost NEC Contracts.
• Experience producing risked, P50/P80 underpinning schedules.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail across diverse project teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update and maintain full lifecycle P50 project schedules in Primavera P6.
• Update and maintain Programme-level tactical/delivery plans.
• Support baseline management and effective change implementation.
• Collaborate with Project Managers for forecasting, progress reporting and scenario planning.
• Create resource profiles for efficient deployment across the framework.
• Produce and interpret EVM metrics, critical path analyses and float erosion outputs.
• Ensure NEC 3/4 contract compliance and use CEMAR for contract activities.
• Attend progress meetings to report schedule performance and impacts.
• Mentor and develop junior planning team members.
