BAM Nuttall is recruiting a Senior Planning Engineer for the ASTI onshore team to drive detailed, first-principles programmes for large-scale energy infrastructure projects near Inverness. You will work from regional offices and visit sites as needed, coordinating with subcontractors, estimators and commercial teams.

You will bring at least 5 years of planning experience, strong NEC contract knowledge, and proficient use of Primavera P6, Excel and Power BI.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years planning experience in civil engineering projects.
• Experience delivering programmes under NEC contracts preferred.
• Qualification in Civil Engineering/Construction at HND level or equivalent preferred.
• Competent in using planning software, P6 is essential.

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain detailed programmes in P6 from first principles including resource loading.
• Integrate and manage sub-contractor and supplier programmes with our own.
• Assimilate and interpret information from tender and project documentation.
• Understand civil construction techniques and develop them into a working programme.
• Coordinate with estimators and commercial teams on all programme aspects.
• Chair collaborative planning workshops with clients, operational teams and subcontractors.
• Update and monitor project progress, compile reports against project requirements.
• Introduce and analyse change in programmes to support commercial teams.
• Maintain awareness of latest construction techniques.
