Your purpose:

• Drive the overall integrated P6 programme.
• Liaise with Project Managers to maintain programme schedules and provide hierarchical performance reporting. Correlate schedule, cost, and risk assessments to inform decision-making and lead on "what-if" scenario planning.
• Provide detailed analysis of contractors’ programmes and lead on integrating scheduling across all projects within your remit.
• Support the Project Controls Manager and lead on contractor requirements, working with delivery and procurement teams.
• Collaborate with project delivery teams, specialist client directorates, and external stakeholders. Proactively drive continuous improvement and provide specialist advice.

What you can bring:

• A track record of achievement in planning within large-scale defence or nuclear projects, with experience in leading teams of professionals in a complex business environment.
• Construction project planning expertise gained across a range of large, complex, multi-disciplinary projects, with a sound understanding of project management principles and applications.
• An understanding of commercial elements within large, complex projects and a track record of achievement in driving value.
• A good understanding of programme contractual requirements, including NEC clauses, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A recognised degree or similar professional qualification.
