Job summary

Blaby District Tourism Partnership is seeking an experienced Planning Enforcement Team Leader to drive our proactive enforcement service and shape its development. You will manage a varied caseload, mentor staff and deliver high-quality outcomes across planning enforcement.

You will lead a motivated team, coordinate with Development Services, and benefit from flexible working including hybrid arrangements, flexi-time, car parking and a Local Government Pension scheme.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning enforcement and delivering enforcement actions.
• Ability to manage a varied and complex caseload.
• Proven managerial skills to lead, motivate and develop a team.
