Mace is seeking an experienced Senior Planner with utilities experience to manage planning and schedule management across complex construction projects. You will lead a team of planners, apply best-practice planning, project controls and performance reporting to drive informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in planning within construction and property sectors.
• Excellent knowledge of planning tools and project controls.
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder influence.
• Experience leading or mentoring planners.
• Degree-qualified or equivalent experience (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Directing planning and scheduling across projects and tenders.
• Developing and managing integrated programmes using industry-standard tools.
• Applying project controls and earned value management (EVM).
• Providing clear analysis, insights and recovery strategies to stakeholders.
• Directing, mentoring and developing planning teams.
• Supporting net zero objectives through proactive carbon management.
