Lanes Group is seeking a Senior Planner at the Durrington Head Office in Worthing, West Sussex. You will work with the HGV Tanker Drivers across the Region to ensure that the Southern Water contract is delivered efficiently and in line with requirements.

You will be the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, coordinating dispatch times, routes and driver availability while keeping planning systems current and compliant.

Aufgaben

• Update the job details in Big Change / Ortec based on new information or feedback.
• Close jobs on Big Change if not carried out by drivers.
• Escalate unresolved backlogs to relevant managers.
• Ensure all planning, job, and locations spreadsheets current and accurate.
• Maintain shared inboxes with timely responses and organised records.
• Capture and log all customer and contractor communications.
• Track Tankering departure timings via samsara.
• Monitor and respond to reactive work requests and escalations.
• Maintain live operative locations spreadsheets for accurate deployment.
• Coordinate with drivers to confirm dispatch times, routes and availabilities.
• Review and assign client requests promptly via Big change / Ortec.
• Capture and log changes to job details, site notes and client feedback.
• Update compliance reports and speak to relevant management for any failings.
• Record downtime, delays and reasons for missed SLAs
• Any ad-hoc from lead planner
