Job summary

Tetra Tech Europe is seeking a Senior or Principal Planner to provide expert planning advice to public and private sector clients across residential, retail, education and energy sectors in the UK.

You will manage a varied workload from site appraisals and feasibility through to planning applications and appeals, build trusted client relationships, and lead project delivery within an established multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• You'll be an RTPI-accredited Town Planner with relevant experience in consultancy, local government, development or housebuilding. We welcome experienced Senior Planners, as well as talented planners ready to take the next step in their career.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert planning advice across development lifecycles including appraisals, feasibility, applications and appeals.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and manage multiple projects, budgets and quality.
• Lead and contribute to multidisciplinary proposals within a national network.
