East West Railway Company is seeking an experienced Planner to develop and maintain complex P6 schedules for major rail infrastructure projects. You will collaborate with project teams to define activities, durations and dependencies, baselining schedules and tracking progress against milestones.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and maintaining multi-discipline schedules for large infrastructure projects.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders at all levels to drive schedule alignment.
• Solid understanding of contracts and sub-contracts and how schedule scope relates to them.
• Ability to baseline schedules and manage changes with clear documentation.

Responsibilities

• Build schedules from first principles with team leads, define activities and logic.
• Baseline the integrated P6 schedule and maintain fit-for-purpose baselines.
• Review progress, forecast outcomes, and report to senior management.
• Coordinate resources, monitor utilisation, and mitigate schedule risks.
• Provide guidance to junior planners and support continuous improvement.
