Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Planner in Irvine, Scotland to lead scheduling for complex programmes within the Controls & Performance team. You will manage master schedules, analyse performance, and coordinate with project controls to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.

The role requires strong Primavera P6 expertise, leadership abilities, and a proactive approach to risk and change management. A UK-based position with site exposure and stakeholder engagement across projects.

Qualifications

Senior professional Project Controls experience specialising in Planning & Scheduling across the whole project lifecycle.
Strong knowledge of Primavera (P6) and other planning and resourcing software.
Proven leadership, with ability to influence, coach and develop a team.

Responsibilities

Lead the development, maintenance and management of project schedules across complex programmes.
Monitor performance against scope, schedule, cost and risk baselines.
Conduct critical path and schedule impact analysis and recommend recovery strategies.
Produce progress updates, dashboards and governance information for decision-making.
Support change control processes and evaluate impact on schedule and cost.
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to improve delivery performance.
