Are you ready to take the next step in your planning career? We’re working with a highly respected planning consultancy based in Leeds, and they’re looking for a Senior Planner with a strong track record and a passion for delivering high-quality planning advice across a range of projects.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious planner with 3+ years of experience in the private or public sector who’s looking to make a real impact within a collaborative, forward-thinking team.

The Role:

As a Senior Planner, you’ll be involved in all aspects of the planning process – from initial appraisals and strategic site promotion, to preparing and submitting applications and appeals. You’ll manage your own caseload and support junior staff, working on residential, commercial, and mixed-use schemes across Yorkshire and the wider UK.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 3 years' experience in a planning role (consultancy or local authority)
• RTPI membership (or working towards chartered status)
• Strong knowledge of the UK planning system and current policy framework
• Excellent report writing, project management, and client-facing skills
• A commercial mindset and proactive approach to problem solving
