Qualifications

• Solid proven experience in project planning within building services or MEP.
• Experience managing multiple complex programmes under pressure.
• Experience with NEC contracts, including programme and time management.
• Experience in preparation and review of Extension of Time (EOT) submissions and delay analysis.
• Ability to translate complex programme data into clear insights for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated programmes for a complex healthcare/building services project.
• Apply advanced programme logic, critical path and constructability analysis.
• Ensure compliance with contractual and project controls requirements.
• Lead recovery planning and mitigation activities.
• Present progress to clients and senior stakeholders.
