Responsibilities

• Own project progress measurement, reporting, and governance.
• Manage delay analysis, EOT submissions, and commercial alignment.
• Present progress to clients and senior stakeholders; coordinate inputs across functions.
• Implement and assure project controls processes and continuous improvement.
