Job summary

iO Associates is seeking a Senior Project Planner for Defence projects across the Southwest UK (Bristol, Cardiff, Swindon, Exeter, Plymouth, Gloucester). Hybrid role with three days onsite weekly. Salary up to £70K per annum, with overnight travel as required.

You will establish and manage interfaces, develop schedules using P6/Asta/MSP, and support senior controls with coordination and reporting. Visa sponsorship is not available; UK right to work is required.

Qualifications

• Experience working on large projects - Defence.
• Hands-on project planning experience (mandate).
• Understanding of planning software (Primavera P6).
• Strong experience in Senior Stakeholder Management.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage key programme interfaces with stakeholders across the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain schedules using planning tools like P6, Asta, or MSP, incorporating site updates and progress reports.

HIRING - Senior Project Planner - Defence is needed to work with a top international consulting firm for design, engineering, and project management. A global engineering and project management firm specialising in infrastructure, transportation, energy, and defence.

You will establish and manage key programme interfaces with stakeholders across the project lifecycle. Develop and maintain schedules using planning tools like P6, Asta, or MSP, incorporating site updates and progress reports. Support Project and Controls Managers in schedule coordination and interface alignment.
