Job summary

K2 Construction Management (K2CM) is seeking an experienced Senior Planner to support data centre delivery across the North East. The role combines office-based planning with project engagement, requiring strong Primavera P6 capability and a track record in complex construction programmes.

You will develop and maintain integrated programmes, drive milestones, manage risks and provide progress reporting for clients and project teams. North East-based, full-time or freelance options.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a Senior Planning role within large-scale projects.
• Proven delivery experience within the data centre sector.
• Strong Primavera P6 expertise and programme planning knowledge.
• Solid understanding of construction methodologies and sequencing.

Location: Middlesbrough North East England (Office & Project-Based)

K2 Construction Management (K2CM), part of Hanmi Global, is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Planner to support the delivery of major data centre projects across the North East.

This is an excellent opportunity for a planner who enjoys being close to project delivery, influencing programme strategy, and working alongside clients, contractors, and project teams on complex, fast-paced construction programmes.

We're looking for someone with proven data centre experience, strong Primavera P6 capability, and the ability to develop, manage and review programmes throughout the project lifecycle.

This role requires the successful candidate to be based in the North East on a full-time basis.

What Senior Planner will Be Doing
