This role is brand new, supporting increased project demand across urban development, regeneration, and mixed-use projects.
The company is a multi-disciplinary and employee-owned practice with around 25 staff across two regional studios.
You ll be joining a close-knit planning team embedded within a wider design-led environment.
What You'll Be Doing: Senior / Associate Planner- Managing planning applications and supporting project teams
- Engaging with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders
- Contributing to site appraisals, policy research, and design team workshops
- Supporting junior planners and helping shape planning strategy

Salary: £37,000 £46,000
What We re Looking For: Senior / Associate Planner- Knowledge of UK planning legislation and process
- Experience in submitting and managing planning applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
