Senior Planner

Location: Head Office: Skipton, North Yorkshire

Penguin Recruitment is supporting a multi-disciplinary, client-focused organization specializing in rural development and diversification. They operate throughout the UK, serving a diverse client base with land and property interests.

The team works collaboratively, sharing a passion for achieving their goals together.

Candidates are required to:

1. Be commercially aware with a proven track record in business development and over five years' post-qualification experience as a planner.
2. Have an excellent understanding of client relationship management.
3. Possess excellent presentation skills.
4. Demonstrate the ability to manage workload, budgets, and project coordination.
5. Have a proven track record in business development and project delivery.
6. Be competent and confident in dealing with various planning disciplines.
7. Experience in rural planning is beneficial but not essential; understanding rural planning issues is advantageous.
