Job summary

Walker Sime Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Planner to join our Manchester Infrastructure team. You’ll work with project teams and clients to provide expert planning support across complex programmes and help shape a growing team.

This role offers flexible, hybrid working and exposure to major infrastructure projects across the UK, with strong career progression opportunities and a collaborative, growing team environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Planner or Senior Planner.
• Strong Primavera P6 experience.
• Infrastructure project experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Strong reporting and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and manage detailed project programmes.
• Lead planning activities across complex infrastructure projects.
• Produce critical path analysis and performance reporting.
• Identify and manage programme risks and mitigation strategies.
• Provide planning advice to project teams and clients.
• Support junior team members where required.
• Drive planning best practice across projects.

Want to play a key role in delivering major infrastructure programmes while helping shape a growing team?

Walker Sime is looking for an experienced Senior Planner to join our Manchester-based Infrastructure team. You'll work closely with project teams and clients, providing expert planning support across complex programmes.
