What You’ll Be Doing as their Senior Planner:

• Crafting and executing detailed production schedules across assembly, machining, testing, and repair.

• Managing complex BOMs, custom engineering drawings, and material requirements like a seasoned pro.

• Navigating capacity constraints and solving bottlenecks before they disrupt delivery.

• Ensuring ERP/MRP data is accurate, actionable, and always ahead of the curve.

• Partnering with procurement, stores, and customer service to keep everything – and everyone – moving.

• Championing continuous improvement, from kitting to WIP tracking and beyond.

• Defining KPIs that matter – and driving performance to meet them.

What You Bring as their Senior Planner:

• 5 years of planning experience in a low-volume, complex manufacturing environment.

• Deep understanding of mechanical assembly OR a mechanically biased manufacturing environment

• ERP/MRP expertise (SAP, NetSuite, Epicor – you name it).

• Analytical thinking, Excel wizardry, and a proactive, hands-on approach.

• Experience juggling new builds, repairs, and prototypes in a mixed-mode setup.

Bonus Points For:

• A degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or Engineering.

• APICS CPIM certification.

• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and configuration management.
