Job summary

Gold Group Ltd in Cardiff is seeking a Senior Planner to join its growing project consultancy team. You will be responsible for developing, managing and maintaining detailed project programmes across a diverse portfolio including construction, renewables, and infrastructure.

You will work closely with clients to provide strategic planning expertise, monitor progress and deliver programme updates from early planning through to completion.

Qualifications

• Extensive UK construction industry experience required.
• Background within a main contracting environment recommended.
• Proven experience as a Planner or Senior Planner on complex construction/infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and project delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills required.
• Ability to work in a client-facing consultancy environment.

Responsibilities

A dynamic and growing project consultancy based in Cardiff is looking to appoint a Senior Planner join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with key clients, providing expert planning support across a diverse portfolio of projects.

The successful candidate will be involved in the planning and delivery of a wide range of complex schemes across multiple sectors including new build construction, renewables, infrastructure and other major projects. Working in a client-facing capacity, you will provide strategic planning expertise, develop and manage project programmes, and support project teams to ensure successful delivery from early planning stages through to completion.
