Belcan is seeking a Senior Planner to deliver full planning capability for a major programme in a highly regulated environment. You will maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and work closely with project managers, engineers and stakeholders to forecast and report on schedule performance.

The role focuses on schedule integrity, EVM support, and the continuous improvement of planning tools and processes within a large, complex organisation.

• Significant experience as a Senior Planner within complex programmes or projects.
• Strong Primavera P6 expertise and ability to champion planning best practice.
• Experience delivering planning services within large, complex organisations.

• Deliver long-range operational and integrated programme planning activities.
• Ensure schedule integrity and adherence to planning standards, policies and procedures.
• Support the continuous improvement of planning processes, tools and methodologies.
• Assist with the implementation and development of planning tools, EVMS templates and guidance.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with key project stakeholders.
• Promote high standards of safety, security, quality and teamwork.

We are seeking experienced Senior Planners to support a major long-term programme within a highly regulated and secure environment. This opportunity is ideal for planning professionals with strong Primavera P6, Integrated Master Scheduling (IMS) and Earned Value Management (EVM) expertise who thrive in complex programme environments.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for delivering the full planning capability across assigned projects by maintaining and developing the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). Working closely with Project Managers, engineers, scientists and business stakeholders, you will provide schedule analysis, forecasting, reporting and planning expertise that supports effective decision-making and programme delivery.
