We are now looking for a talented Senior Pizza Chef to become a part of Gordon Ramsay Restaurants.

Due to our ongoing success and the growth of our Casual Restaurants, we are seeking a Senior Pizza Chef to join us and contribute to our continued success.

Our group offers opportunities for rapid progression and becoming part of a large, expanding family.

This position will primarily be based in Southwark, with occasional support required at other sites in central London.

Responsibilities of a Senior Pizza Chef:

• Manage the pizza station, ensuring the effective preparation and presentation of all pizzas according to restaurant standards.
• Supervise kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and maintaining cleanliness and readiness for service.
• Assist the Head Chef in ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience as a Senior Pizza Chef or Sous Chef in high-volume, quality restaurants.
• Passionate about food, eager to learn, and committed to hard work.
• Aspiring to advance their career within a reputable restaurant environment.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
