Job summary

A&O Shearman in Belfast is seeking a Senior Pitch Assistant to join the Core Pitch Team. You will coordinate and prepare client-focused proposals and credential statements, ensuring accuracy, presentation quality, and timely delivery.

Working closely with CPT and Marketing Solutions Team, you will develop messages, refine content, proofread materials, and support the pitch process to help win new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role in a professional services environment is preferred.
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
• Able to work well in a team, multitask, and meet deadlines.
• Well organized, proactive and able to manage time effectively.
• Strong client focus and sophisticated communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support production of proposals, pitch presentations and credential statements to meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues to produce clear, accurate and well-presented content.
• Develop key messages and client-focused value propositions by researching and refining content.
• Proofread, format and refine pitch materials for consistency and high-quality presentation.
• Build knowledge of key practice areas to support pitch content.
• Become proficient in the firm’s pitch technology platforms and support their use.
• Maintain and update pitch tools, guides and content libraries with CPT and MST.
• Provide wider administrative and drafting support to the team as required.
