Youwe is a full-service Digital Agency hiring a Senior Consultant in the UK. You will bridge business needs and technical execution, guiding implementations from discovery to delivery and ensuring alignment with client objectives.

In this role you will lead workshops, advise on Pimcore and data architecture, support delivery teams, and propose AI-driven improvements across client IT landscapes. Hybrid work options available and a focus on measurable value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Implementation or Business Consultant, preferably in a digital agency.
• Hands-on experience with Pimcore or similar enterprise platforms.
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and system architecture.
• Knowledge of data governance and migrations.
• Understanding of generative AI, semantic search/embeddings and agentic PXM concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops to capture business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions;
• Advise on Pimcore (PIM, DAM, MDM) and data architecture implementations;
• Support developers and delivery teams throughout projects;
• Recommend AI-driven automation and improvements in client IT landscapes;
• Challenge assumptions to ensure long-term, sustainable solutions;
• From pre-sales to go-live, maintain quality and continuity across projects.

From solution design to implementation and optimization, you ensure projects are delivered efficiently, adopted successfully, and create measurable value for clients.

• Knowledge of accessibility standards (ARIA, keyboard navigation, WCAG);
• Experience mentoring developers or leading technical project delivery;
• Experience with data governance for AI, provenance and quality controls;
• Experience within a digital agency or fast-paced project environment.
