The Senior Consultant role focuses on bridging business needs with technical execution, guiding implementations from discovery to delivery, and ensuring solutions align with objectives and technical requirements.

With 5+ years in implementation or consulting, you will lead design-to-delivery efforts, mentor teams, and help shape data architecture, APIs, and governance across client landscapes.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience as an Implementation or Business Consultant, preferably in a digital agency.
• Hands-on experience with Pimcore or similar enterprise platforms.
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and system architecture.
• Solid knowledge of data governance and migrations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead workshops to capture business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Advise on Pimcore (PIM, DAM, MDM) and data architecture implementations.
• Support developers and delivery teams throughout projects.
• Recommend AI-driven automation and improvements in client IT landscapes.
• Challenge assumptions to ensure long-term, sustainable solutions.
• From pre-sales to go-live, maintain quality and continuity across projects.

Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you guide implementations from discovery to delivery, ensuring every solution is aligned with business objectives and technical requirements.

From solution design to implementation and optimization, you ensure projects are delivered efficiently, adopted successfully, and create measurable value for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead workshops to capture business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions;

• Advise on Pimcore (PIM, DAM, MDM) and data architecture implementations;

• Support developers and delivery teams throughout projects;

• Experience within a digital agency or fast-paced project environment.
