As a Senior Consultant, you bridge business needs and technical execution, guiding implementations from discovery to delivery, ensuring every solution aligns with business goals and technical requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Implementation or Business Consultant.
• Hands-on Pimcore or similar enterprise platforms experience.
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations and system architecture.
• Knowledge of data governance and migrations.
• Familiarity with generative AI, semantic search and agentic PXM concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops to capture business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Advise on Pimcore and data architecture implementations.
• Support developers and delivery teams throughout projects.
• Recommend AI-driven automation and improvements in client IT landscapes.
• From pre-sales to go-live, maintain quality and continuity across projects.

As a Senior Consultant, you bridge business needs and technical execution, translating client requirements into scalable solutions that support long-term success. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you guide implementations from discovery to delivery, ensuring every solution is aligned with business objectives and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead workshops to capture business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions;
• Advise on Pimcore (PIM, DAM, MDM) and data architecture implementations;
• Support developers and delivery teams throughout projects;
• Recommend AI-driven automation and improvements in client IT landscapes;
• Challenge assumptions to ensure long-term, sustainable solutions;
• From pre-sales to go-live, maintain quality and continuity across projects.

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an Implementation or Business Consultant, preferably in a digital agency;
• Hands-on experience with Pimcore or similar enterprise platforms;
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and system architecture;
• Solid knowledge of data governance and migrations;
• Understanding of generative AI, semantic search/embeddings and agentic PXM concepts.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with event-driven systems and API gateways;
• Familiarity with SaaS integrations and headless platforms;
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (ARIA, keyboard navigation, WCAG);
• Experience mentoring developers or leading technical project delivery;
• Experience with data governance for AI, provenance and quality controls;
• Experience within a digital agency or fast-paced project environment.
