Job summary

AVEVA is seeking a Principal Solution Consultant for PI System & Operational Transformation. This Americas-based role offers a market-leading salary and hybrid working arrangements. You will shape account strategy, lead important customer engagements, and develop compelling value narratives around industrial data and transformation initiatives.

You will mentor colleagues, collaborate with sales, and help expand AVEVA’s operational transformation portfolio across strategic accounts.

Qualifications

15+ years of presales/solution consulting or related customer-facing roles.
Strong business leader-facing communication and presentation skills.
Ability to lead consultative customer conversations in complex sales environments.
Experience building value, ROI narratives, and outcome-based messaging.
Ability to influence account strategy with sellers on strategic opportunities.
Willingness to travel up to ~33% across the Americas.

Responsibilities

Partner with sales to shape account strategy and identify expansion opportunities.
Use PI System as foundation for consultative conversations and transformation needs.
Lead early- to mid-stage customer engagements, including discovery and visioning.
Identify whitespace for AVEVA’s operations portfolio and CONNECT opportunities.
Connect operational pain points to meaningful transformation initiatives.
Develop ROI-focused messaging for strategic opportunities.
Mentor other consultants and contribute to account strategy.
Frame visions for multi-solution opportunities before deep technical handoff.
Present a credible view on improving performance with operational data.
