Job summary

BCL Legal is seeking a Senior PI Partner / Legal Director to lead a specialist Class Action team and manage high-profile litigation. Based in the UK, this role offers the chance to shape and grow a formidable practice while guiding junior lawyers and cross-functional teams through all stages of litigation.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor with a track record in class actions or disease claims, strong strategic capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple high-stakes matters

Qualifications

Qualified solicitor with significant experience in class actions or disease claims.
Proven track record in leading complex litigation teams.
Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple high-stakes matters simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Lead complex class action litigation.
Provide strategic legal advice to clients and internal teams.
Manage and mentor junior lawyers and support staff.
Engage in all stages of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to drive successful case outcomes.
