Job summary

Bupa UK in Claygate (Wingham Court Care Home) is seeking a Physiotherapist to deliver bespoke clinical management and rehabilitation to residents, working 40 hours per week on a Mon-Fri schedule.

You will assess progress, adjust treatments as needed, and collaborate with residents, carers and staff; HCPC registered physiotherapist with CSP membership and experience with complex needs is required; DBS clearance will be checked.

Qualifications

• Qualified Physiotherapist with HCPC registration and CSP membership.
• Experience with clients with complex needs.
• Strong communication, leadership and supervision abilities.
• Satisfactory DBS/Disclosure via DBS check required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bespoke clinical management programmes for residents.
• Evaluate progress and adjust treatments as required.
• Support and communicate clearly with residents, carers and staff.
• Maintain clinical records and handle enquiries promptly.
• Coordinate rehabilitation physiotherapy team and service.
