Job summary

Bupa is seeking a Remote MSK Service Team Manager to lead a team of physiotherapists delivering remote care. This permanent, full-time role offers 37.5 hours per week and a salary of £36,050 with a progressive benefits package.

Hybrid working with monthly office attendance at Bupa Place, Salford Quays. You will drive operational performance, ensure high-quality customer service, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication with employees and customers.
• Strong experience in leading teams and people management.
• Background in customer service and understanding drivers of customer service excellence.
• Experience in health and care and/or wellbeing industry.
• Good track record of driving business performance and delivering results.
• Strong organisation and time management skills.
• IT proficiency including the use of Microsoft Office systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the performance of all employees within your team by ensuring objectives are set and development plans are in place.
• Drive operational efficiencies across the service through effective scheduling of resources.
• Continually strive for profitable growth, driving innovation and keeping the customer at the centre of everything we do.
• Use insights from the Net Promoter System to improve customer experience across Remote Services.
• Support data collection and interpretation with input from the clinical team.
• Take ownership of capacity management and devise innovative solutions to maximise capacity and revenue opportunities.
• Foster a culture of compliance and participate in recruitment, development and coaching.
