The Chiltern Hospital in Great Missenden and The Shelburne Hospital in High Wycombe, part of Circle Health Group, have an opportunity for a Senior Physiotherapist to join their Physiotherapy department on a full-time 37.5 hour basis with a permanent contract. The role involves travelling between sites and covering evening and weekend shifts.

• Minimum 4 years of post qualification MSK outpatient experience.

• Use advanced clinical reasoning to develop and adjust treatment plans that align with patient goals and evidence-based practice.
• Provide formal supervision, mentoring, and training to Band 5/Level 1 physiotherapists, assistants, and students.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical pathways, protocols, and outcome measures within your area.
• Ensure all care is delivered in line with regulatory, professional, and organisational standards (e.g. HCPC, CSP, CQC).
• Build strong therapeutic relationships with patients and carers to promote engagement, education, and self-management.

37.5 Hours & Permanent Salary: Up to £43,500.00 per year (depending on level of experience, training and qualification)

The Chiltern Hospital in Great Missenden and The Shelburne Hospital in High Wycombe are part of Circle Health Group, Britain's leading provider of independent healthcare with a nationwide network of hospitals & clinics, performing more complex surgery than any other private healthcare provider in the country. We have an opportunity for a Senior Physiotherapist to join their team of staff in the Physiotherapy department. This is a full time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern. Candidates must be able to travel between The Chiltern Hospital and The Shelburne Hospital. Please note that we are desired to find candidates who are available to work evening and weekend shifts.

Duties of this role include: Lead the assessment, treatment, and management of patients with complex conditions within your specialist area (e.g. MSK, neuro, orthopaedics, respiratory). Use advanced clinical reasoning to develop and adjust treatment plans that align with patient goals and evidence-based practice. Provide formal supervision, mentoring, and training to Band 5/Level 1 physiotherapists, assistants, and students. Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical pathways, protocols, and outcome measures within your area. Ensure all care is delivered in line with regulatory, professional, and organisational standards (e.g. HCPC, CSP, CQC). Build strong therapeutic relationships with patients and carers to promote engagement, education, and self-management.
