Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust on the Isle of Wight is recruiting a full-time Senior Physiotherapist to join a friendly multidisciplinary community rehabilitation team. You will support staff development and help implement 7-day working to improve access to rehabilitation.

You will assess patients with diverse presentations, manage a caseload with autonomous practice, and contribute to audits and service improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy required.
• HCPC registration required.
• Evidence of ongoing CPD and reflective practice.
• Membership of a special interest group is desirable.
• Post-graduate accredited training such as Normal Movement is beneficial.

Aufgaben

• Independently perform advanced physiotherapeutic assessment and develop and deliver individualized treatment plans.
• Manage your own caseload and a defined area of the service with supervision as needed.
• Undertake clinical duties as an autonomous practitioner and participate in quality improvement activities.
• Contribute to staff development, MDT working and steps towards 7-day working transformation.
