Valence School is seeking a part-time senior physiotherapist to join a multi-disciplinary team supporting children with complex needs. The role involves managing a defined caseload, delivering evidence-based physiotherapy, and supervising therapy assistants across education and residential settings.

The position is 25 hours per week, term time only, with flexibility in hours. A strong commitment to CPD and safeguarding is required; DBS checks and references are standard requirements for this

• Manage a defined caseload of students with complex physical and medical needs.
• Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy within a specialist school.
• Contribute to students' physical development, independence and participation across education and residential settings.
• Build long-term therapeutic relationships with students.
• Work with education, nursing, care and therapy colleagues in the multi-disciplinary team.
• Provide clinical supervision, mentoring and support to therapy assistants.
• Contribute to service development and improvement initiatives.

Valence School is seeking a part-time senior physiotherapist for its multi-disciplinary team, supporting children and young people with complex physical and medical needs. The core of the work is managing a defined caseload, supporting students' physical development and independence across education and residential settings, and supervising therapy assistants. The post is 25 hours a week, term time only, and the school welcomes requests for flexible hours and days. Visa sponsorship is not available.
