Kepler Search is seeking an accomplished Senior Metals Trader to lead physical base metals trading, with emphasis on copper concentrates and copper cathodes. You will own profitable flows, manage price exposure, and drive growth across copper and related metals within a global network.

The role requires extensive origination capabilities, strong risk discipline, and the ability to operate within a structured corporate environment across international teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of physical base metals trading experience.
• Proven track record in building profitable trading flows and managing P&L and risk.

Responsibilities

• Originate physical trading opportunities and build sustainable offtake channels.
• Develop relationships with miners, smelters, traders and other counterparties globally.
• Manage commercial performance of trades including premiums, logistics, and financing costs.
