A Band 3 senior phlebotomist is an integral part in the leadership of a large phlebotomy team. The team provides a phlebotomy service across acute wards at Wythenshawe Hospital, Outpatient departments at Wythenshawe and Withington Community Hospitals and the surrounding community GP's. The role includes leading the delivery of the Phlebotomy ward service at weekends and Bank Holidays and in the absence of the Phlebotomy Manager or Supervisor.
