Job summary

Bloomsbury Football Foundation is seeking a Senior Philanthropy Lead in London to own the high-net-worth portfolio, secure gifts, and drive strategic engagement. You will plan and execute donor events, craft tailored proposals, and collaborate with the CEO and Director of Fundraising to accelerate impact at scale.

You will thrive in a fast-growing, mission-driven team, building relationships with senior stakeholders, converting networks into meetings, and delivering against yearly fundraising

Qualifications

• Experience in securing income or commitments yourself, at any scale, and a structured approach to moving opportunities through to commitment.
• Proven ability to manage senior relationships and run events that drive engagement and revenue.
• Ability to prepare pitches, proposals or presentations for senior audiences and to translate relationships into asks.

Responsibilities

• Direct fundraising and supporter care: own a portfolio of high-net-worth supporters and renewals, lead meetings, and close outcomes.
• Prospecting and network: grow the top of the funnel with Catalyst introductions and warm networks.
• Events and supporter engagement: plan and deliver receptions, dinners, round tables, and tours to drive engagement and pipeline.
• Proposals, pitches and presentations: prepare materials for meetings and briefs for senior leadership.
• Pipeline, process and data: maintain Salesforce portfolio data, report progress, and iterate with the fundraising engine.
• Cross-team working: collaborate with Marketing and Programmes to tell stories and develop proposals grounded in delivery.
