Job summary

Book Aid International is seeking a Senior Philanthropy and Partnerships Manager to drive major donor and corporate income, nurture key relationships and secure new funding. The role includes line-managing the Philanthropy and Partnerships Executive and delivering stewardship to supporters.

Based in London with hybrid working, the post supports the charity’s 2027-2030 strategy and income growth. You will spot opportunities, forge new connections and help more people discover the joy of reading.

Qualifications

• Experience leading major donor fundraising and corporate income activities.
• Ability to identify and secure new funding.
• Experience managing a donor/partner portfolio.
• Experience line-managing staff and building teams.

Every year we work with our partners worldwide to provide over one million brand-new books which support or establish libraries and communities where people would otherwise have few opportunities to read.

The Income and Engagement team at Book Aid International is made up of specialists, each with extensive expertise in their own area of fundraising and engagement.

The Senior Philanthropy and Partnerships Manager will lead Book Aid International’s major donor and corporate income activities. You will identify and secure new funding, manage a portfolio of high-value relationships and deliver excellent stewardship to supporters. You will also line manage the Philanthropy and Partnerships Executive.
