Job summary

Southmead Hospital Pharmacy, part of the Bristol NHS Foundation Trust, is seeking a GPhC registered Pharmacy Technician with extensive aseptic preparation expertise. You will assist the Lead Technician in implementing EU-GMP training and ensuring regulatory compliance across the team.

You will manage daily workload, supervise junior staff, and coordinate environmental monitoring with Quality Control, while embracing training responsibilities and professional development.

Qualifications

• GPhC registered pharmacy technician with extensive aseptic preparation knowledge.

Southmead Hospital Pharmacy, part of the Bristol NHS Foundation Trust are looking to appoint a GPhC registered Pharmacy Technician with extensive knowledge of Aseptic preparation,excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate others.This is an ideal opportunity for an enthusiastic technician to become part of a dynamic and forward thinking team delivering a high level service toan expanding and developing establishment., The successful candidate will assist the Lead Technician in the application of EU-GMP through the appraisal and development of a robust programme of training toensure that all staff are compliant with regulatory requirements.You will play an integral role in managing daily workload, the supervision of junior staff, and co-ordination of environmental monitoring with QualityControlYou must also be able to show that you have recent experience of working in a similar capacity, have an in-depth knowledge ofaseptic preparation, an understanding of the exacting standards of EU-GMP and be able to demonstrate that you enjoy the challenge of training.

Recent accreditation of Pre- and In- process checking is preferred, but training can be offered. You must also be willing to take on the ProductApproval Accreditation.
