We are delighted to offer the opportunity for a Senior Pharmacy Technician to join the Immunotherapy Clinical Pharmacy Team. The successful candidate will help to deliver pharmacy services to all our adult outpatient based clinical specialties. Also to assist in the co-ordination of complex, high risk and high cost medicines to patients in their home or the relevant day centres.
The successful candidate will be a core team member, working with a team of Highly Specialist Pharmacists across our adult clinical specialties; Allergy, Dermatology, Rheumatology, Neurology and Ophthalmology. Their clinical practice will be to deliver high quality clinical care to a cohort of medically complex patients that require their long term conditions to be managed in secondary / tertiary care.
The Pharmacy departments of Guys and St Thomas’ provides safe and effective pharmaceutical ward and dispensary services to the many inpatients and outpatients of the Trust’s many specialties. This post will sit within the Immunotherapy Clinical Pharmacy Team.
