University Hospital of North Midlands NHS Trust is seeking a Band 3 Senior Assistant Technical Officer to join Pharmacy Technical Services at the Royal Stoke University Hospital. The role involves setting up and preparing medicines within a MHRA-licensed 'Specials' unit.

We require experience in GMP, aseptic preparation, stock control, and adherence to standard operating procedures in a controlled environment.

Formación

• 4 GCSEs grade C/4 or above including Maths, English and Science
• Willingness to work towards NVQ L2 in pharmacy services if not already achieved
• A Levels / Degree level education in science related field

Responsabilidades

• Set up and prepare medicines within Pharmacy Technical Services
• Follow standard operating procedures in a controlled environment
• Assist with operation and maintenance of quality systems to ensure MHRA compliance
• Receive external and internal training in pharmacy services as required
• Be part of the Pharmacy Technical Services Team
