Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Pharmacist lead to provide education, governance, and service development across the pharmacy team. The role focuses on delivering patient-centred clinical services and acting as a senior advisor to healthcare professionals.

You will lead education sessions for staff and students, supervise pharmacy personnel, and contribute to policy implementation and digital transformation within medicines management.

Formación

• Experience leading pharmacy services in a hospital environment.
• Ability to provide education and training to staff and students.
• Strong governance and quality improvement mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver specialist clinical pharmacy services in designated areas, ensuring evidence-based and patient-centred care.
• Provide expert advice to GPs, clinicians, nursing staff and other healthcare professionals on medicines use.
• Support education sessions to multidisciplinary teams on medicines optimisation and safe prescribing.
