Job summary

The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre Liverpool is seeking a Diagnostic Radiographer or Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join the PET-CT team in a full-time NHS post. You will prepare radiopharmaceuticals, perform high quality imaging, and ensure safe handling of radioactive materials in line with IR(ME)R and local rules.

Qualifications

• Specialist Nuclear Medicine/PET-CT knowledge required.
• IR(ME)R and IRR knowledge essential.
• CPD evidence expected for ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Participate in specialised imaging within the Radiology Department.
• Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals for investigations and molecular radiotherapy.
• Perform high quality imaging using PET-CT scanners.
• Ensure radioactive material is handled safely per local rules and legislation.
