Job summary

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is seeking a Personal Tax Senior in Farnham to own a designated portfolio of personal tax clients, overseeing their compliance from end-to-end. You will work with a high level of autonomy, ensuring accurate self-assessments and timely filings.

The role offers hybrid working with 3 days in-office and 2 days from home, alongside a structured path toward partnership and strong professional development support.

Qualifications

• ATT, CTA, or qualified by experience status within UK practice is preferred.
• Proven track record of experience in a professional practice environment.
• Strong technical expertise in personal tax compliance and self-assessment preparation.
• Advanced proficiency with standard tax software and practice management tools.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage clients with autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Manage a dedicated portfolio of personal tax clients.
• Prepare, process, and finalise personal tax returns and self-assessments.
• Review tax compliance workflows to meet deadlines with precision.
• Provide robust technical oversight of client compliance workflows.
• Communicate with clients and manage relationships with a high level of autonomy.
• Utilise practice systems to optimise deliverables and maintain workflow.
