Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD are recruiting a Personal Tax Senior in Guildford/London to service a diverse portfolio of clients including high net worth individuals, business owners and athletes. The role combines compliance and advisory work with international tax planning opportunities and potential paths to Assistant Manager.

You should have at least 3 years tax experience, ATT or CTA (or by experience), strong client management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Own portfolio of clients; manage compliance and advisory work.
• Conduct client meetings and assist junior staff.
• Review Tax Returns and provide analysis.
• Research tax positions and identify planning opportunities.
• Develop relationships with overseas advisers and network partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own client portfolio and meet deadlines.
• Lead client meetings and respond to new enquiries.
• Perform first review of Tax Returns and mentor juniors.
• Conduct tax research to support positions and provide detailed analysis.
• Identify planning opportunities and advise clients on tax strategies.
• Prepare monthly fees and work toward invoicing targets.
• Coordinate with overseas advisers for service excellence.
• Attend external conferences/events and build a professional network.
• Assist with proposals, events, and marketing support.
