Job summary

Hcb-Solicitors is seeking an organized paralegal or solicitor-level candidate for the personal injury department. Work is sourced firm wide, with offices in Leigh, Warrington, Westhoughton and Whitefield.

Candidates should have at least 3 years PQE, be self-sufficient, and well organized as work is delivered via branch offices and personal reputation, not referrals. Hybrid working available after probation.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage legal casework efficiently.
• Experience handling personal injury caseloads is advantageous.
• Comfort with legal software and portals.

Responsibilities

• Handle personal injury cases including accidents at work, public liability and road traffic incidents.
• Manage defendant cases where applicable and maintain accurate files.
• Coordinate with branch offices to ensure timely service and communications.
