Frasia Wright Associates is assisting a leading personal injury firm in Glasgow, seeking a Senior Personal Injury Solicitor to join their growing team. You will manage your own caseload of pre-litigation and litigated claims, working with clients, experts, and counsel to secure fair compensation and rehabilitation.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years PQE in personal injury, excellent communication, strong drafting skills, and experience with case management systems.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years PQE in personal injury
• Experience handling pre-litigation and litigated claims
• Excellent communication and drafting skills
• Familiarity with case management systems

Responsabilités

• Manage own caseload of pre-litigation and litigated personal injury claims
• Work with clients, experts, and counsel to secure fair compensation
• Prepare and draft pleadings, offers, and correspondence
• Support rehabilitation and client care throughout the claims process
